By Client: The client may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to NYCD Investments Company. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.
By NYCD Investments Company: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms or fails to make timely payments.
8. Limitation of Liability
NYCD Investments Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
9. Governing Law
